We serve…

Homeschool Families

You are your child's primary educator. Our assessments give you objective data to complement your knowledge of your scholar, so you can plan ahead with confidence.

Parents with Concerns or a Recent Diagnosis

If something feels off with your child's progress, or you've received a diagnosis and want to understand what it means for their learning, you deserve answers. We provide a compassionate assessment that tells you exactly where your child stands and where to go from here.

Transitioning Students

Whether your child is moving into homeschooling or returning to a traditional school setting, a baseline assessment takes the guesswork out of where to begin. Start the next chapter with a clear picture of your child's strengths and next steps.

We provide assessments for…

Math

Counting (forward and backward), number identification, structuring numbers, addition/subtraction, place value, and multiplication/division.

Reading

Letter identification, phonemic awareness, oral reading fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.

Spelling & Writing

Spelling development, writing fluency, writing accuracy, attention to writing conventions.

Every assessment includes:

  • Interview-style assessments in a relaxed setting

  • Strengths-first findings with clear next steps

  • Educational milestones explained in everyday language

  • Plain-language written report

  • Parent and assessor one-on-one results consultation

  • 30-day follow-up check-in included

Our process

  1. Intake Conversation

We begin by listening. Tell us about your child’s strengths, their challenges, what prompted you to reach out.

  2. Assessment Day

A calm, child-friendly session using evidence-based tools. We speak directly to your child with warmth and encouragement throughout. Assessment day is fun!

  3. Results Consultation

We walk you through findings in conversation first — always leading with strengths — before delivering your written report.

  4. 30-Day Follow-Up

We check in a month later to answer questions, clarify next steps, and make sure you feel supported going forward.

What parents say

For the first time, I felt like someone actually explained my daughter’s learning in a way I could act on. We left with a real plan, not just a folder of scores.

— Parent of a 7-year-old, homeschool family

I’d been worried about my son’s reading for two years. The assessment gave me the clarity I needed to finally advocate for him at school.

— Parent of a 9-year-old
